Dr. Inessa Slipak was born and grew up in Belaruss, in the former USSR. She emigrated to the US with her family in 1990, where her family settled in Rockland county, New York. Dr. Slipak graduated Ramapo High School, and then Brandeis University Magna Cum Laude with a BA in Medical Sociology and Health Law; she also completed their rigorous pre- med program.
In 1998 Dr. Slipak entered NYU College of Dentistry where she obtained her DDS degree in 2002. Dr. Slipak then completed a General Practice Residency at Albert Einstein Hospital, in Philadelphia. During her residency, Dr. Slipak was involved in providing care to the undeserved, dealing with severe dental trauma, and placing numerous implants. While in residency, Dr. Slipak also completed several externships, including advanced suturing techniques with a plastic surgeon, and pathology with the Temple University Oral Pathology department.
Today, Dr. Slipak continues to push herself to keep up with the latest techniques and materials available in dentistry, through advanced continuing education. She is also pursuing unique areas of dentistry, such as Invisalign, Lumineers , and most recently treatment of snoring and Sleep Apnea with dental appliances. She has a special interest in computerized dentistry, specifically CAD-CAM technology . Her goal is to provide excellent dental care, while ensuring her patient’s comfort and low stress levels.
Dr. Slipak resides near lake Nockamixon with her husband Felix, and their children Jacob and Gemma.
